It offers exclusive care benefits, ensuring your beloved bags remain in pristine condition. Membership Plans and Tiers

Membership benefits vary by tier, with each plan offering different levels of care. All memberships are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared. Monthly plans bill automatically and renew until cancelled, while annual memberships renew on the anniversary date, provided the membership remains active.

Annual Spa Experience

After twelve consecutive monthly payments, members unlock their Annual Spa Experience. This benefit cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable. If you cancel your membership, any unused spa experiences expire. Additional services beyond the included spa treatment will incur extra charges.

Priority Service and Member Pricing

Priority service ensures expedited handling where possible, though specific completion times are not guaranteed. Member discounts apply only while the membership is active and cannot be combined with other promotions. Discounts exclude gift cards and selected services unless otherwise stated.
