Louis Vuitton Primavera 2011 Sería un viaje salvaje y colorido a través de safaris y kitsch asiáticos. Al director creativo Marc Jacobs no le gusta ir en una dirección por más de unos pocos momentos a la vez, y una colección con un punto de vista fuerte siempre es una buena indicación de que la próxima colección será igual de fuerte, pero en la dirección opuesta.
En lugar de las docenas de variaciones neutrales de la temporada pasada sobre el tema clásico de Speedy, Vuitton nos regaló bolsos de mano llamativos con bloques de colores y pequeños bolsos de hombro que gritaban en tecnicolor ingeniosamente contrastantes. Los logotipos eran visibles (después de todo, esto es Louis Vuitton), pero aparte de algunos bolsos de mano que proclamaban VUITTON en todas las mayúsculas, el famoso monograma era menos llamativo de lo que suele ser en la colección promedio de LV. Estos bolsos seguramente harán temblar algunas cabezas, particularmente entre los clientes que vieron el otoño de 2010 como un posible regreso a las raíces de la marca, pero están exactamente de moda y son tan alegres que no puedo evitar que me gusten.
