Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your bag. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused and unworn, in original condition with all tags, dust bags, and packaging included.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (postmark date counts).
- Final-sale items (if any) are marked on the product page before checkout.
2. How to Start a Return
- Contact us via Contact Us, WhatsApp, or email mankji2021@gmail.com with your order number.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back with tracking. Please keep the receipt until your refund is complete.
3. Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is free; return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including return shipping.
5. Exchanges
Want a different bag? Start a return as above and place a new order, or ask us to hold the item you want while your return is in transit.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not shipped. After dispatch, please use the returns process.
