Frustrated, she began sketching on her flight back to Seattle, inspired by a 100-year-old mailbag in her car. The result was the now-iconic Sideways Tote and Half Tote, designed like a paper grocery bag but crafted from luxurious leather with sturdy flat handles and raw-edge seams.

Design Philosophy and Craftsmanship

Each piece is a study in architectural minimalism. The leather is the star—available in classic black, but also in custom colors like neon yellow, camo, and a dreamy space metallic. The small gold logo stamp is a subtle nod to the brand's understated elegance. Prices range from 9 to 2, reflecting the use of American hides and limited production runs, reminiscent of Hermès-style exclusivity.
