Since its inception in 1967, Baby Dior has captured the essence of childhood through the lens of Christian Dior's cherished memories. Today, the maison unveils a new olfactory chapter with 'Bonne Étoile', a delicate fragrance created in collaboration with Francis Kurkdjian, Director of Perfume Creation for Parfums Christian Dior.

Inspired by the designer's fond recollections of Granville and the garments he crafted for friends' children, Baby Dior has always celebrated the tender world of infancy. When Cordélia de Castellane became Artistic Director in 2012, she envisioned a scent that would encapsulate this innocence, turning to Kurkdjian to bring her dream to life.

A Scent of Pure Comfort

'Bonne Étoile' is a symphony of softness, deliberately avoiding the conventional orange blossom often associated with childhood in France. Instead, Kurkdjian composed a fragrance around a rosy, green pear, enlivened by eglantine and wrapped in gentle, cottony musk notes. 'It feels like a creamy candy that melts in the mouth,' he explains, describing the intuitive formula that emerged from his creative instinct.

This alcohol-free eau de senteur boasts 98% naturally derived ingredients, making it suitable for the most delicate skin. The scent is accompanied by a complete bath and care line, including La Mousse très fondante, Le Lait très tendre, and L'Eau très fraîche, each formulated to pamper baby's skin with nature's finest.

The bottles are adorned with a luminous toile de Jouy pattern, specially created by Cordélia de Castellane for this occasion. This poetic design echoes the maison's heritage while embracing the whimsy of childhood. With 'Bonne Étoile', Baby Dior reconnects with Christian Dior's desire to capture the tender magic of youth, offering a fragrance that promises to become a cherished memory for families.
