Hermès 2025 Price Increases in Europe: New Birkin, Kelly, and Constance Prices Confirmed
Hermès clients across Europe woke up on January 1, 2025, to a fresh round of price increases. The French house adjusted retail prices for its most sought-after handbags, with hikes ranging from roughly 3% to 8.4% depending on the model and material. Historically, Hermès has lifted prices in the first quarter of the calendar year. Birkin and Kelly: 2025 Europe Prices
The core Togo leather Birkins moved up by about 4%. The Birkin 25 Togo rose from €8,600 to €8,950, a 4.1% increase. The Birkin 30 Togo went from €9,400 to €9,800, up 4.3%, while the Birkin 35 Togo climbed from €10,200 to €10,600, a 3.9% gain. In each case, the bump is roughly €350 to €400.
On the Kelly side, the Kelly 25 Togo Retourne moved from €8,600 to €8,950, also about 4%. The Kelly Désordre in Epsom increased 5.3%, from €11,400 to €12,000, and the same style in Box rose 5.7%, from €15,700 to €16,600. The Kelly Pochette in Swift went from €5,200 to €5,400, a 3.8% increase, and the Kelly Moove edged up 4.1%, from €7,300 to €7,600.
Exotic and special models saw some of the steepest changes. The Mini Kelly 20 in Matte Gator rose 7.5%, from €27,900 to €30,000. The Kelly Elan Shiny Croc with Feathers increased 6.5%, from €39,900 to €42,500. The Mini Kelly 20 Picnic jumped 20.7%, from €13,500 to €16,300, and the Teddy version rose 10.8%, from €13,900 to €15,400. The Mini Kelly 20 in Epsom went from €7,150 to €7,450, up 4.2%.

The Evelyne family saw smaller changes: the Evelyne 16 Clemence went from €1,660 to €1,690 (+1.8%), the Evelyne 29 from €2,900 to €2,950 (+1.7%), and the Evelyne 33 from €3,200 to €3,250 (+1.6%).
The Picotin 18 in Clemence rose 4.4%, from €2,490 to €2,600, and the Picotin 22 went from €2,700 to €2,800, up 3.7%. The Garden Party 36 in Negonda increased 4.6%, from €3,250 to €3,400. The Steeple 28 Canvas Print went from €4,100 to €4,250 (+3.7%), and the 24/24 21 moved from €7,200 to €7,400 (+2.8%). The Della Cavalleria Mini in Epsom rose 4%, from €4,950 to €5,150, while the Della Cavalleria Elan went from €5,400 to €5,600 (+3.7%). The Maximors in Swift increased 3.8%, from €5,200 to €5,400.
What the Numbers Suggest
The 2025 increases are notable but less aggressive than the prior year. In 2024, European prices rose between 7% and 13%, well above the 1% to 4% annual adjustments Hermès historically applied. The current round averages closer to 4% for core leathers, with steeper jumps reserved for exotic skins, picnic styles, and limited editions.
Some models appear unchanged for now. The Kelly 32 remains at its 2024 price, and it is possible that certain quota and non-quota bags have not yet been adjusted.
