This evolution marks the second time the house has reworked its iconic silhouette, following the Capucines East West introduced in 2024.

The Edito's Design Philosophy

While the Capucines East West retained the bag's architectural rigidity, the Edito embraces a softer, more fluid construction. Crafted from supple Mocha suede or smooth black calfskin, the bag measures approximately 13 x 4.7 x 3.3 inches, matching the length of its predecessor but with a shorter height that allows it to nestle comfortably under the arm.

Despite the relaxed form, key Capucines signatures remain: the flap can be worn tucked in to reveal the LV emblem or secured for a more discreet look, and four protective metal feet guard the base. The curved top handle has been elongated to harmonize with the horizontal proportions, facilitating an easy transition from hand to shoulder carry. Notably, the Edito forgoes a detachable shoulder strap, relying entirely on this reimagined handle.
