Louis Vuitton Primavera 2011 seria um passeio selvagem e colorido através de safari e kitsch asiático. O diretor criativo Marc Jacobs não gosta de seguir uma direção por mais do que alguns momentos de cada vez, e uma coleção com um ponto de vista forte é sempre uma boa indicação de que a próxima coleção será igualmente forte, mas na direção oposta.
Em vez das tendências de variações neutras da última temporada sobre o tema clássico Speedy, a Vuitton nos deu clutches coloridas e coloridas e pequenas bolsas de ombro que gritavam em cores habilmente contrastantes. Os logotipos eram visíveis (afinal, este é o da Louis Vuitton), mas além de algumas clutches que proclamavam a VUITTON em todas as letras guardadas, o famoso monograma era menos intrusivo do que normalmente é na coleção média da LV. Esses malas certamente deixarão algumas cabeças a tremer, principalmente entre os clientes que viam o Outono 2010 como um possível regresso às raízes da marca, mas estão mesmo na moda e são tão alegres que não posso deixar de gostar delas.
